Contrary to “popular” beliefs, CIJ’s black metal media watch blog is actually just a collection of news articles on this issue. It’s just by a sad twist of fate that the large majority of articles of these nature are from the Malay language press, hence the primacy of Malay language articles on the blog but it was not deliberately built as a Malay language blog.
On the other hand, CIJ is seriously looking for volunteers who can help in translating and posting articles in Malay. Drop me a line if you are willing to help.
