Is it me, or does the story’s title make you think that whoever wrote it doesn’t realize that ‘Jintao’ isn’t the guy’s surname? (though they get it right in the story itself)

The AP reporter is hardly a newbie, and wouldn’t make that sort of mistake. The headline was probably an error on the part of an editor (likely not on an Asian desk).
